6. Heating systems, systems for the storage and supply of fuels, combined heat and power plants, air conditioning systems, fuels.

8. Regulation of the technical requirements for heating systems, fuel storage and pipework systems, combined heat and power plants and air conditioning systems as well as the authorised types of fuels.
Adaptation of the existing provisions to the state of the art. In line with the state of the art, heat pumps, which are increasingly being used as part of heating system to generate space heating and hot water, are now also explicitly included in the scope of application.
Extension of the ban on the use of fossil fuels in new buildings to include all fossil fuels in heating systems.
Restructuring of the system data sheets and inspection reports.

9. The present draft is an Ordinance implementing the Tyrolean Act on Gas, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems 2013, Provincial Law Gazette (LGBl.) No 111/2013, as last amended by the Act LGBl. No 85/2023. It sets out the technical requirements laid down in this Act with regard to technical requirements for heating systems, systems for storing and conveying fuels, combined heat and power plants and air conditioning systemsas well as the types of fuel permitted.
