8. The purpose of this Provision is to lay down the procedure, the competent control authorities, the sampling methods, the procedure for testing and retesting of fertilisers,
the possibility of appeal by the interested party, the deadlines for sending the results of the analyses, the conditions that natural or legal persons must meet in order to be entitled to request the competent authorities to carry out the controls, and the required fees and supporting documents for this purpose, as well as any other relevant matter for the application of Article 5 of Law 1565/1985 (Α΄ 164).
9. The proposed provision lays down the procedure, the competent control authorities,
the sampling methods, the procedure for testing and retesting of fertilisers,
the possibility of appeal by the interested party, the deadlines for sending the
