6. Raw products (blocks and rockfills), semi-finished products (slabs), finished products for funerary, urban planning and decoration purposes and products for massive constructions and historic monuments

The purpose of this draft is to approve the product specifications for the geographical indication ‘pierre de Vianne’, relating to the production processes and procedures for inspection, giving formal notice and excluding operators, as well as labelling, which the companies which are members of the association which submitted the application undertake to comply with.

9. The member companies of the association applying for this geographical indication voluntarily undertake to comply with these specifications.
These draft specifications shall be submitted for public consultation, after which a decision on approval or rejection shall be notified to the applicant by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
