The Decree lays down provisions on the notification of a building permit application and the hearing related to the application; the hearing concerning a derogation permit, a landscape-work permit and a building permit concerning an area requiring planning; the notification of an application for a demolition permit and of an environmental impact assessment; the duties of the chief designer and supervisors; the organisation of waste management facilities and entries in the Real Estate Register concerning building easements.

9. The Decree would lay down more detailed provisions on the hearing procedures for construction under the Construction Act, the qualifications of site managers, the organisation of waste management facilities, and real estate easement entries. The purpose of the Decree is to clarify the procedures laid down in the Construction Act, for example with regard to hearings.
