8. Online gambling providers are subject to the following requirements by virtue of legislative decrees:
- To obtain certification for the randomness generator, games and business processes from an accredited testing company
- To carry out further testing, verification and certification of the game system, random number generator or game if required by the Danish Gambling Authority.
- To comply with the requirements for the registration of games in the gaming portal, internal controls and organisation as set out in Annex 2.

Gambling operators and providers are also required to register games in a gambling portal.

Only changes (marked with yellow) are subject to this notification.

9. New rules have been introduced to the Gambling Act, which require that online game providers obtain authorisation from the Danish Gambling Authority to provide games to gambling operators that offer online gambling in Denmark.

In the current legislative decrees, there are a number of technical requirements with which gambling operators with authorisation to provide online casino and/or betting services in Denmark must comply. Some of these refer to games that gambling operators receive from their game providers.

The changes to the legislative decree are therefore intended to introduce technical requirements for game suppliers in the same way as requirements have been introduced for gambling operators.
