8. The proposed amendments to the Rules introduce uniform requirements for reporting event and transaction data in online games of chance. Licence holders must submit this data to the supervisory authority via a single web service within two hours after the end of an accounting day. The content and manner of transmission of the information shall be specified in details in these Rules, in the concession contracts and in the new annexes. The data transmitted must be correct, true and protected against unauthorised access. No subsequent modification, deletion or addition of data shall be permitted. In cases where the gaming equipment is located outside the Republic of Slovenia, the license holder must grant the supervisory authority the same inspection and control rights as if the equipment were located in Slovenia. The Rules are supplemented by two Annexes containing structured data for uniform electronic reporting.
