5. Decree on the digitalisation of traffic and road safety data and information referred to in Article L 1513-2 of the Transport Code.

The decree designates the holders and users of data and information enabling real-time road traffic information services to be made available which must make them accessible in digital format where the underlying information exists, by digitising non-digital data where appropriate. It shall also specify the data and their format, as well as the geographical perimeters and deadlines concerned.

9. The Decree transposes the EU ITS Directive 2010/40, and in particular Annex III thereto.
