5. RVS 15.03.13 Liquid-applied waterproofing systems in the waterproofing and surfacing of concrete bridge decks and other concrete traffic surfaces.
6. These Guidelines for the Planning, Construction and Maintenance of Roads (RVS) are to be applied for the waterproofing and surfacing of concrete bridge decks and other concrete traffic surfaces. They define the requirements for liquid-applied waterproofing systems on concrete bridge structures.

Preliminary remarks, scope of application, definitions, general information, system and structures, requirements, design, testing, approval of waterproofing systems in accordance with RVS 15.03.13, laws, guidelines and standards cited, Annex A (informative), Annex B: Information on materials (normative), Annex C: Requirements for waterproofing systems (normative)

It is necessary to revise RVS 15.03.13, edition 1st January 2024 because ETAG 033, which had formed the basis for the preparation of these RVS, was replaced by EAD 030675-00-0107, edition August 2020. EOTA's documents at the time regarding the validity of ETAG 033 did not indicate that the issuance of a corresponding EAD was intended.
