8. The measure in question consists of 17 articles and 24 annexes, which form an integral part thereof.
Article 1. Scope of application;
Article 2 Definitions;
Article 3 Requirements for systems type-approved in accordance with UN (UNECE) Regulations Nos 115, 143 or 122;
Article 4. National approval;
Article 5. General characteristics of the conversion system required for type-approval;
Article 6. Amendment of the type-approval of a system;
Article 7. Requirements for the manufacturer of biofuel conversion systems;
Article 8 Conformity of production.
Article 9 Final cessation of production.
Article 10 Requirements for technical services.
Article 11 Requirements for the installation in vehicles of conversion systems subject to national type-approval or in accordance with UN (UNECE) Regulations No 115 or No 143; for the installation of heating systems in accordance with UN (UNECE) Regulation No 122; for the restoration of vehicles following the removal of conversion systems; and for the updating of the vehicle registration document.
Article 12 – Administrative requirements for users.
Article 13 Traffic requirements.
Article 14 Replacement of components in conversion systems; periodic replacement and/or refurbishment of tanks and cylinders.
Article 15: Replacement of components in fuel systems on vehicles originally type-approved for single-fuel use or for dual-fuel systems using LPG or NG, or used in systems type-approved in accordance with UN (UNECE) Regulations No 115 or No 143.
Article 16 Recognition of systems approved by other Member States of the European Union or of the European Economic Area.
Article 17 Final provisions.

Legislative action is required in order to regulate the procedures for the type-approval, in accordance with national standards, of conversion systems using gaseous fuels, as well as the procedures for their installation, and for the deregistration/scrapping and periodic inspection of tanks and cylinders fitted to vehicles using gaseous or liquefied fuels
