8. The Brussels-Capital Region is required to transpose, by 30 June 2023, Commission Directive (EU) 2022/2407 of 20 September 2022.

This draft is therefore intended to transpose Directive (EU) 2022/2407. It also makes necessary corrections to the regulatory framework for ADR and ADN. Finally, it makes it possible to determine the boundaries of the port domain in order to ensure legal certainty.
