8. A technical regulation on the basis of which the Minister for Space issues, following a conformity check carried out by the National Centre for Space Studies, an authorisation for conducting a space operation

9. This text lays down the technical rules and standards that must be respected by operators, in particular private operators, wishing to conduct space operations under French jurisdiction under Act No 2008-518 of 3 June 2008 on space operations.
