8. The Decree concerns the Flemish traffic regulations, which will apply within the Flemish Region for traffic on public roads and their use. The Decree concerns (as regards technical requirements) the adoption of the regionalised provisions currently contained in the Royal Decree of 1 December 1975. These are not new provisions.
