5. Draft Decree amending the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No 254/2014 stipulating the details, execution and price of excise stamps intended for marking consumer packaging of tobacco products.

6. Labelling of pre-packages of tobacco products, labelling of chewing and snuff tobacco and products related to tobacco products.

8. The labelling of other goods with excise stamp is introduced, not only of consumer packages of tobacco products. Consumer packages of chewing and snuff tobacco and packaging of products related to tobacco products shall also be labelled.

9. The amendment to Act No 106/2004, on excise duty on tobacco products, as amended, extends the subject matter of the tax to include also chewing and snuff tobacco and products related to tobacco products. Due to their diverse shapes, their specific design, the variety of materials used to package these products, it is necessary to adjust the size of the excise stamp intended to their labelling.
