8. Additions and amendments to the Model Administrative Provision on Technical Building Regulations compared to version 2024/1 in Sections A1 to A3 and A6, B2 and B3, C2 to C4, Appendices to Sections A1 and A6, B2 and B4, C2 to C4, and Annexes 4 to 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14.
For the equivalence clause, reference is made to Section C1 of the published version of the MVV TB, issue 2024/1 (cf. 2024/0239/D) and § 85a(1), third sentence, Model Building Code (cf. 2022/0720/D and 2025/0019/D).

9. Update of the Model Administrative Provision on Technical Building Regulations, taking into account new findings and new technical rules:
Among other things, newly published standards and technical regulations are included in order to match the state of the art and to provide textual clarifications for improved application.
The notification is made on behalf of the 16 federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany.
