8. This draft Decision provides a relatively limited number of clarifications and simplifications compared to the previous version of the technical requirements for gambling operators relating to the approval of gambling software used by these operators.

9. The clarifications and simplifications proposed in this draft are intended to improve the efficiency of the software approval procedures by facilitating adherence to and monitoring of the pursued objectives of integrity and reliability in these gambling systems.
