For the equivalence clause, reference is made to Section C1 of the published version of the MVV TB, issue 2021/1 (cf. 2021/0348/D) and § 85a(1), third sentence, Model Building Code (cf. 2016/0228/D and 2022/0720/D).
9. Update of the Model Administrative Provisions taking into account new findings as well as new technical rules:
Among other things, newly published standards and technical regulations are included in order to match the state of the art and to provide textual clarifications for improved application.
The notification is made on behalf of the 16 federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany.
