6. Upload of digital identity photos to cloud providers for retrieval by the competent authorities to create official identity documents

8. The aim of the Draft Ordinance is to modernise and digitalise administrative processes in order to reduce the workload for passport, identity card, eID card and foreign national documentation authorities, as well as for citizens, and to facilitate the work of the security authorities.

9. Ongoing changes resulting in particular from technological and social transformation processes. The Draft Ordinance therefore contains a number of new regulations addressing this technical development in the areas of passport and identity documents along with foreign national documentation.
