8. Royal decree outlining the permit procedure for construction and opening of new cableways to the public

9. Preamble 21 of the cableways regulation 2016/424 gives member states the authority to lay down a procedure for authorising planned cableway installations as well as the modifications thereof. This decree outlines the procedure for applying for authorisation for new cableways as well as significant modification for exesting cableways in Belgium.
