8. The regulations support the municipalities in producing digital comprehensive plans. The regulations govern how the information, i.e. the content, of the comprehensive plans is to be digitally identified.

An amendment to the content requirements for a comprehensive plan in the Planning and Building Act (2010:900), PBL, means that the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations on comprehensive plans need to be amended. The amendment to the regulations means that the additional information that a comprehensive plan must contain under the PBL will be given a digital identifier.

9. The regulations are amended as a result of other legislation being amended. Through an amended PBL, an addition is made regarding requirements for the content of a comprehensive plan. The amendment to the regulations means that the information that a comprehensive plan must contain according to the PBL will be given a digital identifier. At the same time, certain editorial changes are made. This essentially involves amending an incorrect paragraph reference and linguistic adjustments to the regulations.
