8. The Draft Amending Ordinance regulates, inter alia, the following:
• The possibility to apply for aid is limited to recharging infrastructure
that shall be able to recharge light-duty trucks and passenger cars.
• The possibility to apply for aid is also extended to include recharging infrastructure to be used for recharging electric cars owned by a company or by visitors to a residence, a company or other business (visitor parking). It will also be possible to pay higher amounts to large property owners.
• The recharging points installed shall comply with the technical specifications laid down in Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 September 2023 on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure, and repealing Directive 2014/94/EU, or, if these are not available, in European standards.
• Aid may not be provided for used recharging points.

9. The main purpose is to enable aid to be provided for recharging points in more cases, mainly to e.g. visitor parking. The amendments also aim to allow for higher aid amounts to be granted to e.g. real estate companies, and to more clearly delineate the aid scheme from other aid to recharging infrastructure.
