8. The draft decree specifies the terms of application of the right to an 18-month extension of the deadline set by law for the mandatory installation of photovoltaic solar panels by operators of parking lots larger than 1,500 m².

In order to encourage the deployment of installations with high added value from a technological and environmental perspective, and contributing to European sovereignty, the additional time for the installation of photovoltaic solar panels is subject to stringent requirements. These requirements relate in particular to energy performance, environmental sustainability, and the resilience of supply chains.
