8. Regulations amending the Swedish Transport Agency’s Regulations (TSFS 2009:31) on bicycles, horse-drawn vehicles and kicksleds. The amendment means that three definitions previously contained in the Swedish Road Safety Agency’s rules (TSVFS 1981:22) on classification are transferred to the aforementioned regulations in the Swedish Transport Agency’s statute book, as they are intended to apply solely within those regulations.

9. The aim of the proposal is to simplify the rules governing bicycles and kicksleds and make them more effective by transferring three definitions currently contained in TSVFS 1981:22 to TSFS 2009:31, as these definitions will then be included in the Swedish Transport Agency’s statute book and in the same regulation to which they are intended to apply. The amendment is of an editorial nature only.
