8. This draft Decree regulates fire safety in relation to electric and hybrid vehicles and charging infrastructures in new and existing car parks.

9. The draft Decree introduces an obligation to carry out a risk analysis for each car park in a building with a view to identifying the fire risks associated with (electric) passenger vehicles, and also taking steps to reduce these risks.
