8. Article 3 1. The product information file referred to in Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, made available in accordance with Art 11(3) of said regulation, will be drawn up in Polish or in English.
2. Part B of the product safety report referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, made available in accordance with Art 11(3) of said regulation, will be drawn up in Polish.

9. Article 11(3) of the above-mentioned regulation stipulates that ‘The information contained in the product information file shall be available in a language which can be easily understood by the competent authorities of the Member State’. Taking into account the above-mentioned provisions, it has been clarified that the product information file made available for control purposes in accordance with Article 11(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 will be drawn up in Polish or in English, whereas Part B of the product safety report, made available for control purposes, will be drawn up in Polish (Article 3 of the draft Act).
