5. Order amending the Order of 25 June 1980 approving general fire safety and anti-panic regulations in establishments open to the public (ERPs)

8. The objective of this draft order is to determine the minimum safety rules necessary for the use of flammable refrigerants, hitherto prohibited in establishments open to the public.

9. Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases provides for a progressive reduction in emissions of these gases.
The objective of this draft order is to authorise the use of flammable refrigerants in establishments open to the public as substitutes for HFCs (hydrofluorocarbons).
