8. The regulations lay down provisions applicable to national lotteries and lotteries for purposes in the public interest, as well as requirements applicable to physical lottery tickets where the winnings exceed a (1) price base amount.

9. The Swedish Gambling Authority has drawn up proposals for its regulations in order to supplement the Gambling Act and proposed ordinances. The aim of the regulations is to make it easier for operators to apply the law as well as ensure the effective implementation of gambling legislation.
